I'd like to be as efficient as I can to explain this but you first need to know why some people bully the others. Although we are human (and we think we are above all animals), there are still attributes from the wild that we carry in our genes. They aren't bad or evil but everything is good up to a certain and reasonable amount. So there are people that cannot or don't want to control some of those behaviors, perhaps because it gives them joys. Anyway, one of the reasons that some people are bullying the others is the fact that they feel stronger compare to them therefore they feel in power and obviously this gives them a good feeling. Particularly when the bullying is in front of other people, the satisfaction is much higher. That aside, there could be some people with psychological problem but even with those, the ultimate goal of bullying is satisfaction. I'm thinking... is there a way to stop a cyclone/typhoon? maybe we can blow a bomb of some sort in the middle of cyclone! Maybe this bomb is a special bomb that produce heat to normalize the conditions inside the cyclone?!! But I'm more interested in something amazing... Maybe we can build some weird-form structure... a huge floating structure, maybe 2 or 3 km across.. there is a cabin in middle of it to control or move it. Whenever a cyclone is forming, we can move this man made island to place it on the way of cyclone... This cyclone devistator has hundreds of pipes to lead any stream to the other side of it and in the opposite direction.. so it actually devides a typhoon or cyclone into pieces and brakes it down. We can also put propellers inside the pipes to scatter the force of cyclone away... I think it worths it to spend money on this than creating weapon to kill people!   

What is a fair judge? That is whatever you did to a person and you face the same loss in return. If someone deprives a person from living why they punished to spend a couple of years in jail and then free to go! Jail cannot bring back the life of the victim. The victim had right to live like every one else. Only manslaughter could be forgiven but murdering not! Bring back safety to our streets and cities by bringing back death penalty. The sad story is that, most of the killers later will be proved to be mentally ill so there is a reduce in their penalty, of course they have problem in their dirty mind. Stop making up excuses for every crime to evade justice!

Sometimes the resultant vector of what happened in the past points to a direction that has only one side effect and that is seeing objects fluctuated in water!

Thousands of millions years ago a number sub atomic particles decided to have fun so they said let's stick together to create a cell.... later those cells realized it's hard to live as cell... I know everybody''s gonna attack me on this but like it or not, these sort of violence and weird behaviours, usually from young people, is the result of disbelief in God. The reason why it is still a good planet to live, is that still many people bilieve in God and most of those who don't believe still have a background of faith. You may say religious people do terrorist attack as well. I say those attacks are political not religious! The world without believing in God, which unfortunately we're going towards it, would be a terrible place in which a person only thinks about him/herself and nobody cares about anyone else. Even a very restrictive law can't prevent this. Good luck!

There are two kinds of love, one is created at first sight and the other is taking time to become visible. the former, is just like the start of a car when you switch the engine on. In my opinion, this is not real love it's just a force to absorb two guys. as scientists recently found that this sense will last nearly one year only, this supports my idea strongly. The real love is when you find your partner someone who you can't live without him/her. this is when you accustomed to him or her. you think about your partner's absence, you realize a feeling of fear in your mind You may not realize this feeling unless you experience it once. Love helps our life to go on and gives it a spirit, makes us enjoy our time and endure hardships. Don't let it go, try to achieve it
